We are a mixture of residents and travellers with different backgrounds, our travel experience has taught us a lot, that’s why we are able to help you with anything you need (we don’t promise you to find the perfect partner, but we will do our best ;) )

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card.

Non Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.

Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.

Bookings Policy

You can request Bookings via Hostel One’s website or by contacting Hostel One’s staff.

When requesting Bookings, you will be required to provide identification information including, their name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card number and expiry date.

After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This is fully refundable, provided you cancel with adequate notice.

Payment
We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Please note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge.

Group Booking (More than 8 people)
If you want to make a reservation for more than 8 people, please contact us by email a different policy applies. We have special group prices!

A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300€. To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.
