Bookings Policy
After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit to the credit card provided.
This is fully refundable, provided you cancel with adequate notice.
Group Booking (More than 8 people)
If you want to make a reservation for more than 8 people, please contact us by email a different policy applies. We have special group prices!
A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 400€. To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance.

Non Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.

Bookings Policy
Non refundable bookings will be fully charged in advance.
We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Please note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge.
City tax is not included. Please note that city tax in Barcelona is 1€/person/night.
Group Booking (More than 8 people)

A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300€. To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.
